Our New Orleans-style reception will feature open seating, plenty of chairs will be available, however there are no assigned tables. There will be passed hors d'oeuvres along with food stations in various locations of the venue, and available throughout the evening. We recommend grabbing a bite and then getting up to mingle and join us on the dance floor!
Yes! Our wedding exit at the end of the night will include a second line out to our getaway car.
In New Orleans, a "second line" refers to a lively street parade, historically associated with jazz funerals but now used to celebrate various occasions. It's characterized by a brass band leading a procession, followed by the "second line" – a group of revelers who dance, strut, and enjoy the music. Grab a handkerchief and join the parade!
