We both work in downtown Lee's Summit and really enjoy the close knit community of businesses. Brunch at Third Street Social, coffee at Whistlestop, and ice cream at Poppy's are some of our favorites (though we're a little biased about the first two.) There are also several clothing boutiques and specialty shops like Jolly's and Blue Heron, and several bars that may be contenders for an afterparty.
