Please RSVP by July, 31 through the RSVP form on our website. We ask that you kindly respond as soon as possible so we can finalize our headcount.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with final guest count within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best attire, we would love to have everyone wear cowboy / cowgirl boots. Please avoid shades of white, t-shirts, and shorts. The ceremony and reception will be held outside.
We love your little ones, however we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults- only event, with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
If you are traveling from out of town there are many options within a 10 mile radius of the venue. Some suggestions being ; The Holiday Inn, Feather Falls Lodge, Gold Country Hotel, Hampton Inn.
We ask that you please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time, to ensure our day and timeline runs smoothly. We ask to have everyone seated when we start the ceremony.
