Can I stay longer than 4 nights?

Answer

Yes! You are able to extend your stay for 7 days on either side of the 2/5-2/9 dates, with the same nightly rate. If staying 7 nights, you increase your resort credit to $1500/room and receive a complimentary 25 min back massage, manicure and pedicure for each guest

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

Yes! For all of our guests, we are including round-trip transportation to and from the airport. You must provide the hotel with flight information. Look for someone holding a Palace Resort sign!

What else should I bring?

Answer

Bring your passport! Highly suggest to bring small bills for tip money (would suggest ~$80 for 4 nights/5 days). Resort is all inclusive for food and alcohol, but workers appreciate tip money!

Where can I use resort credit?

Answer

Resort credit can be used at the spa, on tours, activities, or golf! You are responsible to pay 16% tax for any resort credit used.
