What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:00pm to provide time for parking and seating. We anticipate the ceremony to begin promptly at 5:30pm.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. Please keep in mind the ceremony and cocktail our will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family members in the wedding. We hope you can use this as an opportunity for a fun night off! We appreciate you making arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is not permitted in the on-street residential areas of Helm Street or on Terry Court. Parking for venue is located in the two lots listed below, both of which are only one block from The House on Helm. Guests may be dropped off in the semi-circle valet driveway located on Terry Court just off the corner of Helm Street prior to self-parking. Parking Lot Locations: Wilson Muir Bank (2 lots) 250 W.
