We met for the first time in person on June 20, 2018 and it's the day we picked to get married. Nothing could stop our love as we honored that date and each other and got married on June 20, 2020 in a small ceremony. Through light rain and sun beams, we became husband and wife in a ceremony that we can only describe as perfect. It may not have been the wedding we envisioned or one of many planned versions but it was special and filled with an overwhelming amount of love and support. It is a day we will never forget. Unfortunately in the months since our wedding, we have made the hard decision to cancel the October celebration. With the current restrictions on gatherings from the state and our venue, we do not feel comfortable having an event that would not allow us to celebrate with all of you. While we wish our plans didn't have to change we appreciate everyone who has reached out to offer congratulations and best wishes as well as just checking in to see how we are doing. This has been extremely hard and sad for both of us and it's been uplifting to see what a great support system we have from our friends and family.
