FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to RSVP by April 12th so we can plan everything smoothly. It'll help us make sure there’s plenty of food, drinks, and space for everyone. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be outside, and later we’ll move inside for dancing. It will be warm during the day, but May evenings in Phoenix are lovely and comfortable!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Since it’s a May afternoon in Phoenix, it will be warm, so we suggest lighter, breathable outfits and shoes that are comfortable for walking on grass and dancing! Our wedding has a garden-inspired feel, and we would love to see bright colors, florals, and textures. For the guys, lighter colors are great and suit jackets are optional. For more details and outfit inspiration, please visit our Dress Code page!

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ll share nearby hotel recommendations on our travel page to make things easy. There are so many amazing places to stay in the area, so you really can’t go wrong. Choose what feels most comfortable for you and enjoy your time in Phoenix!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30, so we ask that everyone arrive around 4:00 to get settled!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There’s free onsite parking at the venue, so you won’t have to worry about finding a spot. Just follow the signs when you arrive, and you’ll be all set!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be noted on your RSVP. We really wish we could invite everyone, but we’re keeping our guest list small and close so we can celebrate this special day with our nearest and dearest!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely adore your little ones, but because of our venue’s capacity limits we’re only able to include immediate family children in our guest count.

Question

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

We’re planning to have an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away until cocktail hour. We want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment, and our photographer will be capturing it all. Once cocktail hour and the reception begin, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos. We’re so excited to see the memories you capture and share!
