Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are looking forward to having our guests relax and enjoy an evening of celebration— with the exception of our own niece and nephews who are in the wedding party, our wedding will be an adult-only occasion. We politely request that you leave the little ones at home.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation did not specify that we have reserved a place for your date by including their name on the invite, then unfortunately - due to the limited numbers at our venue - you may not.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! So that we can be sure to communicate with the catering staff, please let us know about any dietary restrictions and preferences no later than May 31st.

When should we arrive?

Answer

Up to 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.

Where do we park?

Answer

There is secure parking provided at the venue which can be accessed from Pillsbury Avenue. Don't worry about being able to get a spot - there is more parking available than we'll need!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The ceremony will be held outside in the courtyard as long as it's not raining.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please give the bride an early birthday present and send in your RSVP no later than May 15th!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing shuttles from the hotel to the venue and back. If you have concerns about transportation to or from the venue, please send us an email at adamswoodwedding2024@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you arrange a comfortable solution prior to the wedding.
