There's Eucharistic Adoration 12pm-8pm every Friday at St. Joseph Church, just a 15 min drive from Pomfret. Stop by the little chapel next to the parking lot if you're in town that day! There's also a perpetual Adoration chapel about 25 min away at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish in Webster, MA.
Walk along Pomfret's section of the Airline State Park Trail, a 21 mile portion of the trail from Windham to Putnam.
Enjoy this fun family hike to the Wolf Den Cave where the last wolf in CT was shot by the revolutionary war hero Israel Putnam.

Wondering what Mason will be doing for the next 5 years? Visit the Navy's official submarine museum in Groton, CT! While there you can board the Nautilus, the first nuclear-powered submarine and experience first hand what it was like to be a member of the crew.
Coffee shop & cafe right next to Most Holy Trinity...same ownership as Dog Lane in Storrs!
Another fun coffee shop option in downtown Putnam!
Our favorite place to pick up coffee & apple cider donuts before a walk on the Airline Trail. There's a cute country store attached to the bakery if you want to bring home any local New England goods.
Our go-to spot to grab a beer...Mason enjoys the punching machine that's downstairs lol
We love a good Saturday or Sunday brunch...highly recommend Henry's Diner in Putnam or Zip's Diner in Killingly
Storrs, CT - the basketball capital of the world - is just a 30 min drive down Rt. 44. While visiting Molly's old stomping grounds, make sure to get some Husky Tracks at the Dairy Bar. The women's basketball team plays Georgetown in Hartford, CT at 1:30pm Sunday 12/15 if you want to watch a game!
