Guests should arrive between 4:30pm to 4:45pm. The ceremony will promptly begin at 5pm.
Absolutely! The bar will be open during cocktail hour and again for dancing. It will be closed during dinner, when wine will be served. If you’d like beer or something stronger with your meal, be sure to grab a drink from the bar beforehand!
Both O’Hare and Midway are great options for flying in, and both offer easy rail access into the city. It’s much more affordable than taking an Uber or Lyft, and often faster, especially if you’re arriving anytime after 2pm CST, which is peak rush hour in Chicago (traffic can get pretty backed up!). You can purchase a ticket at the station or simply use contactless credit card/Apple Pay on your phone or watch, and the fare is about $5. The Blackstone offers valet service - $35 for event parking or $82 for overnight. Overnight self-parking is $72 a night. The garage address is: 99 East Balbo Avenue, Chicago, IL 60605. There’s also self-parking available next door at the Hilton garage for $72. We suggest downloading the SpotHero app and reserving a nearby covered parking spot, which typically costs around $20.
