After more than a decade of memories and growing together we’re ready to begin our next chapter as husband & wife! We are so excited to share this day with the people who have supported us, laughed with us, and loved us along the way. Please join us in Ireland, with our families to celebrate
County Laois, originally known as Queen's County, was established in 1588 by England under the rule of Queen Mary I. When Ireland gained independence in 1921, Queen's County then became County Laois. Here you will find green fields, small mountains, ancient castles, and rich history. Most of the county is lowland beneath the Slieve Mountains and Castlecomer Plateau. Portlaoise is the largest town within County Laois which houses around 1/3 of the population. Castle Durrow, located in the town of Durrow, dates back to the early 1700's. It's 48 rooms have been renovated / restored to encompass some of the old world charm that it once held. The garden on the property was started around 300 years ago and was also brought back to life by the more recent owners. Please reference the Castle website for more details! https://www.castledurrow.com/
