What should I wear?

Answer

Feel good formal please! Try a short cocktail dress, long evening dress or even a dressy pantsuit! How about a suit & tie?! Dress to feel good, look good and of course be able to bust a move :) Please be aware the the ceremony will take place outdoors in a covered venue. The reception will be inside and outside.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start right at 5:00pm. We recommend you arrive no later than 4:45pm to find a seat. Keep Chicago traffic in mind!

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony & reception venue?

Answer

Yes! Two shuttles will pick up all guests at the Hilton Chicago on 8th street at 4:15pm and transport to Bridgeport Art Center. Any guest will be able to take the shuttle to the venue from the Hilton, you do not have to be staying at the hotel in order to take the shuttle. The shuttle will return to the Hilton Chicago from the venue at 11:00pm and 11:59pm.

Is there parking at the ceremony & reception venue?

Answer

Yes! Free parking lot at the Bridgeport Art Center that you will be directed to upon arrival.
