When reservations open, be sure to get a timed entry permit for the park (click the link below)! Head to the Beaver Meadows Entrance or the Fall River Entrance to do some of our favorite hikes: Bear Lake (easy), Sprague Lake (easy), Emerald Lake (moderate), and Twin Sisters (hard). You can also find great hikes at RMNP's Lumpy Ridge, a massive granite rock complex with its own separate entrance from the other hikes. We love Twin Owls and Gem Lake. You're guaranteed a good leg workout with both!
Want the best view in Estes Park? Get high! The aerial tramway has been taking visitors to the summit of Prospect Mountain since 1955. $16 for adults, $14 for adults 60+, $10 for children 6-11, and free for kids 5 and under.
