We recommend for family and friends to arrive on Friday and join us for a welcome drink! Our ceremony begins Saturday at 3pm which conflicts with many hotel check-in times. However, all the hotels recommended have ensured us that they will try and accommodate early check-ins to those who call ahead trying to commute same day. Apologies for any inconvenience!

Cocktail Attire: Bring sunglasses, floral prints, and suits in lighter hues. Grass may be too soft for stilettos!

Please arrive by 2:45pm to be seated before the ceremony at 3pm.

There is a large parking lot right in front of the entrance into Belhurst.

Answer
A shuttle will be provided to and from Belhurst from some of the surrounding hotels. Please refer to the Transportation tab for schedule and pick up points closer to the wedding date.
