Cocktail Attire: We recommend light, breathable fabrics and summery touches—think floral prints, summer dresses, and suits or blazers. Sunglasses are a great idea for daytime! Please note: the ceremony will be on grass, so opt for block heels, wedges, or flats instead of stilettos, as the ground may be too soft.
Please arrive between 2:30 - 2:45pm to be seated before the ceremony at 3pm.
There is a large parking lot right in front of the entrance into Belhurst.
A shuttle will be provided to and from Belhurst from some of the surrounding hotels. Please refer to the Shuttle Schedule tab for pick up points and times.
Our Wedding Ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) at Belhurst. Please enter the reception area and staff will direct you to the ceremony space. If you arrive early, there is a gift shop, wine tasting room, and bar on the premises. This will be an unplugged ceremony so please ensure all phones and devices are turned off before the ceremony begins. Cocktail Hour will be held on the patio outside the Meritage Ballroom at Belhurst immediately after the ceremony. You will be directed once the ceremony concludes. Dinner & Reception will be held in the Meritage Ballroom after cocktail hour. We will have place cards with everyone's name and table numbers upon entering the ballroom.
We recommend for family and friends to arrive on Friday. Our ceremony begins Saturday at 3pm which conflicts with many hotel check-in times. However, all the hotels recommended have ensured us that they will try and accommodate early check-ins to those who call ahead trying to commute same day. Apologies for any inconvenience!
