Both! The ceremony and dinner will be held outside, cocktail hour and dancing will be inside. There will also be a fire pit and outside activities for the guests who don't enjoy dancing.

Dressy Casual - Slacks and button-down shirts, sundresses, or skirts. Ladies please be aware the ceremony and dinner will be in a grassy area - plan your shoes accordingly!

Please let us know ASAP if you are attending the reception and have any specific food allergies so we can be sure to accommodate.

Question

Open Bar?

YES! There will be a mix of beer, wine, and hard alcohol provided along with non-alcoholic beverage options.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Your invitation will clearly state who we have reserved a seat for, unfortunately due to space constraints not all children are able to join us.

What if I can't make the ceremony but still want to come to the reception.

Answer

Please do! We just ask that you arrive after 6pm to ensure the ceremony is complete before you arrive.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle running from TownePlace Suites before and after the wedding. If you plan to stay at another hotel, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Please note, Hebron is a rural area, and Uber might not be readily available unless you plan ahead.
