When are RSVPs due?

RSVPs are due April 26th. Please note that event times and locations outside of the ceremony & reception are still subject to change.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is summer formal, bringing an airy and polished vibe. For the women: Elegant midi or maxi-dresses, linens, and satins all welcome! For the men: Suits or tailored pants and a blazer, feel free to pull out the linen and pastels or stick to a classic look. Dress code for other events can be found on the schedule page.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all occur at the IYRS School of Technology and Trades. Please arrive by 4:30. The venue is a combination of hardwood and crushed shells, so please plan accordingly and feel free to wear comfortable footwear. We will also have flip flops on hand for you to dance the night away!

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting! Cocktail hour will be inside the Boat Restoration Hall, and the reception will be under a tent. It may get chilly at night, so please plan accordingly!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to events. Taxis and Uber services are available in Newport. There is also dedicated parking reserved for wedding guests in the parking lot of the IYRS.
