Angel Island

Hike or bike. Take a ferry to from San Francisco or Sausalito. Located right off the coast of Tiburon, this beautiful island is home to one of the most amazing 360 views of the bay area.

Pelican Inn

Quaint little restaurant near Muir Beach. This is a great lunch stop on your way too or from hiking in Muir Beach or Stinson Beach.

Matt Davis Trail Head

This is our favorite hike in the bay. The trailhead is located right behind the Stinson Beach Fire Station. For an easier, shorter hike and quick access to the beautiful landscape at Trojan Point, you can enter from the top at Pantoll Campground (fee for parking). Trojan Point looks like a Wendy Gruber painting : )

Lands End Trail

Hike with scenic views from Ocean Beach around the southwestern corner of the Golden Gate into Sea Cliff neighborhood. Roughly 45 mins from beginning to end.

San Francisco Museum of Modern Art

Crissy Field

Take a walk on the beach facing the golden gate bridge.

Golden Gate Park

At roughly 20% larger than Central Park in NYC, there's no shortage of activities in Golden Gate Park. The de Young Museum, Academy of sciences, Botanical Garden, Conservatory of flowers, Stow Lake Boathouse. You might find some bison roaming around or Justin Forth in the disc golf course.

Ocean Beach

Ocean beach is a no brainer. Easily accessible, and great for a morning walk. Just snag a coffee from Java Beach Café and take a stroll.

Baker Beach

Located right on the entrance to the golden gate, this beach has views of the bridge and Marin headlands. Just a heads up, the end of the beach closest to the bridge is a nudist beach, so the bridge might not be the only view you get : )

Cruise up the coast and visit this beautiful area. Stop at Hog Island (make a reservation) or the Marshall Store for some oysters. If you pass through Point Reyes Station on the way, don't forget to visit Cowgirl creamery to pick us up some cheese please.
