Here are some of our favorite things to do around Kansas City. Our neighborhood, The Westside, in particular!

Take a brewery tour, or just hang in the beer hall, this place is always a great time. There is a fun photo booth here too - It would make a great souvenir!!

Boulevard Brewing Company

The best coffee in Kansas City! In our opinion :) We recommend a vanilla latte with an old fashioned donut.

Goat Hill Coffee & Soda

A fun Kansas City landmark with tons of things to do!

Union Station Kansas City

A great museum, with beautiful grounds, and the best view of downtown! We picnic here often!

National WWI Museum and Memorial

Best wine selection in town! This is a small, but masterfully curated wine shop (they carry beer, and booze too) near the Crossroads Hotel!

Big Mood Natural Wines

Grinders Pizza

Another Triple D favorite, and the best seafood in town! A dozen oysters, and a michelada will cure even the gnarliest of hangovers! This place is definitely a dive, but well worth the trip.

Jarocho

Yummy breakfast and lunch! Our favorites are the standard breakfast sandwich on rye, and the salmon BLT on sourdough, but you really can't go wrong here.

Cutest little neighborhood creperie. They have sweet and savory crepes, and can accommodate all dietary needs. They also have a sweet little gift shop next door!
