Sentivo Vineyards & Winery is a family-owned winery with locations in both the Sierra Foothills (Fair Play) and Suisun Valley (Fairfield), known for crafting award-winning, limited-production wines from grapes sourced from various California regions. The winery emphasizes connection, community, and family, with a tasting room in Suisun Valley offering a fresh space for guests, while the original Fair Play location provides vineyard views. They offer a range of wines, from Chardonnay to Cabernet Sauvignon, and have a special label for first responders called "Stretchers & Ladders".
