There will be a shuttle service through loon the day of the wedding that will bring guests to and from the local hotels to Loon where the wedding is held.

The ceremony will be outside at the Summit Amphitheater on Loon Mountain at 4pm. All guests will need to take a 15-minute gondola ride to the summit. The venue has recommended arriving 45 minutes prior to the ceremony to avoid delays. Parking is available at the base of the mountain. Please plan accordingly!

The Reception will be held from 5pm-10pm inside the Octagon Lodge at the base of Loon Mountain. Cash Bar will be available.
