We have rented buses with Easy Rider Bus Company to transport people to and from the venue. It is about a 20-minute drive. Buses will arrive at 3:15 to pick up guests from the Residence Inn, Hampton Inn, and Home2Suites. Please be outside one of these hotels by 3:15 to catch the bus. If you are staying elsewhere in Charlottesville and would like to catch a shuttle, please Uber or walk to one of these locations. Shuttles will be returning to Charlottesville at 10 pm at the conclusion of the reception. One early shuttle will be returning between 8 and 9 pm.
