Things To Do

We're so excited for you all to explore our happy place! :) See below for some things to do around town - we'll continue to update here ahead of our wedding weekend!

Friday Night Eats

We'll have some light bites and dessert passed at our welcome party, but if you are looking for a place to eat before, some of our favorites in town are: Garden & Co, Ellis motel for cocktails & Meritt BBQ next door, the iconic Royers, Duo, Prost, Round Top Brewing & Kitchen, and last but not least Stone Cellar!

Shakeout with Grant!!!

111 W Wantke St, Round Top, TX 78954

We all know Grant can't begin his day without a run - especially his wedding day!!! Meet him at 9AM at the Round Top Coffee Shop for a 9:30 AM shakeout run ahead of the big day. End back at the coffee shop for some of our favorite tacos in town and a coffee!

Shop in Round Top

Round Top, Texas, is a shopping haven, especially for antiques and unique clothing. Don't miss out on my favorites: Stores in Henkel Square, Market Hill, and Schmidt’s, each offering a distinctive mix of treasures!

Visit Snow's BBQ

For authentic Texas BBQ, a visit to Snow's BBQ in Lexington is a must. Known for its melt-in-your-mouth brisket and classic sides, Snow’s has earned its reputation as one of the best BBQ joints in Texas. The drive from town is about 35 minutes - but make sure to get there early—once they're sold out, that's it for the day!

Eat, Drink & Relax

One of Molly & Grant's favorite places in Round Top, Ellis Motel, serves up some of the best cocktails and is a great place to hang out. If you are hungry, pop over to Merritt Meat Company for lunch!

Visit Bluebell Creamery

If you love a sweet treat as much as Molly does, you'll want to make the 28-minute drive to Blue Bell Creamery in Brenham. It’s a great chance to see how their iconic ice cream is made and indulge in a fresh scoop or two!

Blissful Folly Farm & Brewery

Blissful Folly Farm offers a unique experience for visitors interested in traditional mead and farm-fresh products. This family-owned establishment is known for crafting a variety of meads using locally sourced honey. The farm also produces fruit wines and ciders, all created with ingredients grown on their property. In addition to the beverages, Blissful Folly Farm invites guests to enjoy their idyllic settings with picnic areas and regular live music events, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing day out in nature.
