Getting to Sooke from Vancouver

Getting to Sooke is a little difficult, but trust us, it will be worth it. Here are instructions to get to Sooke, via public transport. But please note Uber and taxis are available. You will first need to make your way to Tsawwassen Ferry terminal, the ferry will take you across to Vancouver island (Swartz Bay), where you can continue your journey to Sooke. To Tsawwassen Ferry terminal From Vancouver airport SkyTrain + Bus Take the Canada Line SkyTrain from Vancouver Airport (YVR) Station. Board the Canada Line toward Richmond-Brighouse (heading south). Get off at Bridgeport Station (2 stops). From Vancouver downtown Take the SkyTrain: From downtown Vancouver, take the Canada Line of the SkyTrain toward Richmond and exit at Bridgeport Station (about 20 minutes). At Bridgeport Station, transfer to the #620 Bus toward the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. Bus ride duration: ~30 minutes. This bus will take you directly to the ferry terminal. Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal to Swartz Bay (Victoria) Ferry Ride: After arriving at the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal, board a BC Ferries ferry to Swartz Bay (Victoria) on Vancouver Island.
