Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Molly Schifley and Emenike Ikpa
Welcome to Buffalo! We are so excited to have you in the “City of Good Neighbors”! Buffalo is known for many different things and here is a list of some of our favorite recommendations! From food to an adventure we have it all (and if you don’t get to do everything on your list hopefully you can come back and visit us)!
Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls, NY

Niagara Falls is a must see! It’s about 30 minutes from downtown Buffalo and is a great trip! We recommend going to Goat Island to park and walk around. If you have a passport you can cross the border into Canada. They have an even better view of the falls and you can spend the afternoon walking around Clifton Hill!

Clifton Hill

Clifton Hill

Clifton Hill, Niagara Falls, ON L2G, Canada
Delaware Park

Delaware Park

Buffalo, NY

This local park is located in downtown Buffalo and is a perfect spot for a picnic or just a nice walk! Also located in that area is the Albright-Knox Art Gallery and the Buffalo History Museum (where our engagement photos were taken)!

Toronto

Toronto

Toronto, ON, Canada

If you are in the area for a couple of days and have a passport you may want to visit Toronto, Canada. Toronto is only about 2 hours from Buffalo and a super cool place to visit. We recommend trying their city pass to see the CN tower and Casa Loma (where Drake himself has filmed a music video)!

Highmark Stadium

Highmark Stadium

1 Bills Drive, Orchard Park, NY 14127

If you are a football fan, now is a cool time to visit Highmark Stadium! Both the old stadium and the new stadium are located at 1 Buffalo Drive. While you are down there you can explore Orchard Park or do a quick hike to visit the Eternal Flame!

Goat Island

Goat Island

Niagara Falls, NY 14303

A great place to park and explore Niagara Falls

Canalside

44 Prime Street, Buffalo, NY 14202

Wegmans

675 Alberta Drive, NY 14226

This is a grocery store that originated in Western New York and has several locations are the city! We recommend you check it out and try one of their subs!

Lloyd Taco Factory

1503 Hertel Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14216

This is a great place to get mexican fusion. We love the Dirty South Burrito or the Braised Beef Nachos! They also have good cocktails to sip on! There are two locations.

Paula's Donuts

2319 Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, NY 14150

By far the best donuts you will have! They also have a killer breakfast sandwich on a fresh bagel of your choice. They have several locations.

Mooney's Sports Bar & Grill

1531 Military Road, Kenmore, NY 14217

This place has Mac and Cheese down to a science! They have over 20 different kinds of Mac and Cheese on their menu and we have not tried a bad one yet. There are several locations.

Rachel's Mediterranean Grill

3611 Delaware Avenue, Tonawanda Town, NY 14217

This chain is local to Western New York and it is as if Chipotle was serving Mediterranean food! There are several locations.

Bar-Bill Tavern

185 Main Street, East Aurora, NY 14052

We recommend trying the Honey Butter BBQ wings from here! (Specifically from the East Aurora location)

Duff's Famous Wings

3651 Sheridan Drive, Eggertsville, NY 14226

Has a more classic wing like hot, medium, or mild. There are several locations.

Bocce Club Pizza

4174 Bailey Avenue, Amherst, NY 14226

Try the Char-grilled Honey BBQ wings and their Pizza!

Blue Eyed Baker
