Our wedding is at Ruby located in Nashville's Hillsboro Village area. You should know that Ruby is located on a turf which Nashville natives know as "Dragon Park." As Molly is a Nashville native, she has so many memories here which range from her Dad chasing her around Dragon Park's unique landscape, swinging in her Mom's lap, hanging out with her sister (and maybe some crushes) as a teenager, and bringing Dewey here to play during COVID when she first met Connor. To say it's special is an understatement! We are so excited to add this memory to the list. You can find Ruby at 2411 Blakemore Ave. Nashville, TN 37212 and, if you get a chance, we hope you take time to explore the area to find out just why natives call it Dragon Park :)
Please RSVP by August 1st, 2024.
While we'll be so sad if you can't make it, all we ask is that you let us know. Please RSVP - even if you're a no - by August 1st.
As much as we love and adore your little ones, we have chosen to keep our wedding as a 21+ event. Not only do we believe this will make the night more carefree for everyone, but we hope it provides all the parents an opportunity to let your hair down! If you need childcare recommendations in the area, we recommend a resource like care.com who requires thorough background checks on all local nannies and sitters.
We couldn’t fit your plus one in the seating plan. It was either you or them, and we chose you! But seriously - thank you for understanding why we are not permitting plus ones for various reasons. Your invitation will specify who exactly is invited.
We ask that you aim for a 4:30pm arrival. Remember - if you're early, you're on time!
4:30pm - you arrive! 5pm - Ceremony 5:30-6:30pm - Cocktail Hour 6:30pm - Dinner is served 7:30-10pm - Dance party!
We'll be done at Ruby by 10pm but the party won't stop there! Anyone who is interested is welcome to join the newlyweds for a night out in Nashville.
You can drive or take an Uber/Lyft! If you plan on drinking any amount, we ask that you strongly consider a ride share service.
There is free parking for our guests right next door to Ruby at the Harris Hillman School: 1706 26th Ave, Nashville, TN 37212 Harris-Hillman works directly with Ruby to provide this space for guests so you can rest assured your vehicle will not be towed or booted.
This wedding celebration is fully stocked with all your favorite drinks. Whether you prefer something classic or are feeling adventurous, there’s no need to hold back. Bottoms up!
We will do our best to support dietary restrictions. Please note this on your RSVP and we'll work with our caterer on options for you!
We are asking you be fully present with us during the ceremony. After that, take all the photos you want! Just be sure to save and share them so we can see all the fun you had!
Yes! We have a courtesy block at The Moxy Nashville Vanderbilt area. View the travel tab to find a link for booking!
Absolutely not! We secured a courtesy block with them because of the rate and the proximity to our venue. Nashville is packed with hotels which range in offers whether you prefer chillin' at the Holiday Inn or soaking it up at the Four Seasons. Feel free to book any hotel or explore one of the city's unique AirBnBs. We just want you to have sweet dreams!
Both! While the ceremony and reception will primarily be inside, Ruby is beautifully designed with a covered outdoor patio and wrap around terrace. There will be many options for you to get some fresh air or enjoy the AC.
We have a saying in Nashville which is, "if you don't like the weather, wait a minute." It is a toss up! While we are manifesting sunny with the high of 75, temperatures could be well into the 80s with the night in the mid to low 60s.
As you prepare to grace us with your presence, we kindly request that you adhere to our elegant dress code below. Give us main character energy. Don’t be in a box! For the Ladies: - Channel your inner princess or fairy-tale heroine with dresses that make you want to twirl and sparkle like the stars in the night sky. Think flowing gowns, a sexy midi dress, delicate lace that whispers of romance, and colors that make hearts skip a beat. Remember, your outfit should make you feel like the leading lady in your own love story! For the Gentlemen: Suit up, dear gentlemen, in your finest attire that would make James Bond himself jealous. Whether you opt for a classic tuxedo that exudes sophistication or a well-tailored suit that shows off your debonair charm, remember that attention to detail is key. Who says sparkles are for girls only? Be inspired to be your truest self. Add a touch of whimsy with quirky socks or a dashing bow tie - after all, it’s all about those little details that make hearts flutter! Lastly - remember, you're never truly dressed with out a smile. TLDR; it's formal - we want you to serve! and do we really need to tell you not to wear white?
