Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the small tab at the top of the site that says "RSVP". Then type in both your first and last name of which was on the invitation. This will then take you directly to you/your families names that can then be selected.

Question

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

To ensure the appropriate amount of time in letting our vendors know a head count, we need all to RSVP by Thursday, June 11, 2026.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "will NOT attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Molly as soon as you are aware.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to a limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your name) & Guest" If a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

While we love and adore all of your little ones, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family and those who have been added formally to the RSVP list. We encourage you to use this as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies, you can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear slacks and button down shirt with a tie and jacket preferred. Please no jeans, sneakers, and of course no wearing white!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invitation and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes which will allow time to park, walk through the museum at your own pace, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony begins, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot located directly at the Art Museum that will be open and free for guests.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you would like!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, the cocktail hour will be held outdoors under a covered courtyard weather permitting.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar present throughout the reception. Plan your ride accordingly following our reception as no hotels are within walking distance. We ask that you be patient and respect our bartenders!

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in downtown Dayton, OH. You can find our recommendations and blocked out hotel rooms under our travel tab at the top of this website! If you do not want to stay in the city, there are other options available around the greater Dayton area.
