What’s the parking situation?

Answer

If you’re spending the night, follow your GPS to this address: 47 Myrtle St., Duxbury, MA 02332. This will bring you to the stockade cabins, where some of you will be sleeping. The free standing cabins do not have parking in front of them, so you'll have to walk over to find your cabin. If you’re NOT spending the night, you can park along the side of the road next to camp (NOT across the street!) or in the designated parking area at the top of the athletic field. Follow your GPS to this address: 742 Keene Street, Duxbury MA 02332 Please do not park in front of the barn.

If you requested a cabin at camp, follow your GPS to 47 Myrtle st. Duxbury, MA 02332. We will have someone here for you to check in with, they will let you know your cabin location and roommates.

We need to know by August 10th. Please don't make me chase you down to find out if you're coming!

Answer

We’re dressing up for the wedding, so you won’t look out of place in nice clothes. That said, you should be comfortable walking on dusty or muddy ground and sitting on outdoor benches. For the rest of the weekend, wear something comfortable for outdoor activities.

When should I arrive?

If you're only joining us for saturday, the ceremony starts at 4:30pm We will be doing a lot of prepping on Friday and won't really be ready for people until 5pm. Dinner on Friday is casual but will be from 6-8 pm It would be good to arrive before dark so you can find your cabin.

Think summer camp! Sleeping bag (or twin bed sheets and blankets) Pillow Towel Sunscreen Flashlight Flip flops (for camp showers) Comfortable clothes Pajamas bug spray

We will be having a sandwich bar on Friday night from 6-8- you need to RSVP to this. Saturday and Sunday Continental breakfast in the stockade from 7-10AM Reception dinner on Saturday 6PM in the dining hall We have nothing formally set up for lunch on Saturday but there are local restaurants and grocery stores.

Will there be WiFi?

Yes, but probably only at the Duxbury Stockade, (which is where most of you will be sleeping.)

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes! Your kids are absolutely welcome. Please keep in mind, if you're staying at camp with us, you won't have your own "room" and it could be noisy at times.
