Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Chris Rexford and Molly Alvino
We're so excited to share some of our favorite food, activities, and views around Plum Island!

Plumfest

Plum Island

An island-wide celebration of live music and community! An annual event where local bands play on different porches all over Plum Island. Plumfest will take place on Saturday, September 14 from 12-6pm.

Sandy Point State Reservation

End of Refuge Rd, Ipswich, MA 01938

A visit to Plum Island should always include a drive down to the Refuge. Sandy Point is the southernmost point of the island and includes beautiful coastal beaches.

Abraham's Bagels

11 Liberty St, Newburyport, MA 01950

The first stop we make when we're back on the island. Molly's go to is a sausage, egg, and cheese on a french toast bagel - YUM!

Mad Martha's Cafe

51 Northern Blvd, Newbury, MA 01951

A Plum Island classic! You can smell the breakfast potatoes halfway down the island.

Joppa Fine Foods

50 Water Street, Newburyport, MA 01950

A great sandwich option for lunch!

Agave Mexican Bistro

50 State Street, Newburyport, MA 01950

10/10 Mexican food! Chris and Molly have experienced a nacho food coma one too many times!

Plum Island Kayak

92 Merrimac Street, Newburyport, MA 01950

Spend an afternoon kayaking along the Merrimack River and around Plum Island! Molly and Chris both worked at this kayak shop and can't recommend the experience enough!

For all the days along the way
