Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Plated dinners will be provided, as well as beverages. Both entrees will be served with a salad and rolls. The salad contains greens topped with dried cranberries, toasted sunflower seeds, and shredded parmesan nestled in a cucumber wrap and accompanied with a vinaigrette dressing. The Manor House Tuxedo Pasta contains bowtie pasta, chicken, green onion, chopped parsley, basil, sundried tomatoes, and shredded parmesan tossed in a creamy basil sauce. The red wine braised short ribs are boneless, beef short ribs braised in red wine. The short ribs will be served with mashed potatoes and green beans.
