We have a hotel block at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel. If you book your rooms via phone, let them know that you are booking under the Arnette/Ford Wedding Room Block and reference the code "AFJ" or you will not get the packaged rate, transportation, or breakfast included. The hotel block cutoff date is May 31st.
There are other hotels/ AirBnbs in the area if you prefer to stay at one of those. However, you will have to coordinate your own transportation to and from the wedding if not booking in the block.
Note: We have been informed it is typically difficult to get Uber/Lyft rides from Perona Farms

This is where our wedding block is. Booking within the block includes transportation to and from Perona Farms and breakfast on July 6th. Make sure to let them know you are booking under the Arnette-Ford wedding block! The shuttles will be leaving from the hotel to the venue around 3:15 PM. The hotel has provided that early check-in is not guaranteed but you will be able to call the morning of to request early check-in. If they are unable to accommodate, the hotel will be able to hold any luggage and provide access to their health club showers and changing rooms to freshen up if needed.
