While we do not have room blocks at additional hotels, we would recommend staying at the Sleep Inn (in the same parking lot as the Hampton Inn) or the Holiday Inn Express and Suites (on the same exit). The shuttle will stop at both of these hotels.

Friday night shuttle - Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party

June 22, 2018 5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

For those attending the rehearsal dinner, the shuttle will depart at 5:30 PM and make stops at Hampton Inn/Sleep Inn and Holiday Inn Express. For the Welcome Party, shuttle will continuously run between the Hampton Inn and Golden Leaf Commons (appx. 10 minutes from the hotel). The first shuttle will leave the hotel at 8:30 PM and the final shuttle will return at 11:00 PM.

Saturday Night Shuttle - The Big Event!

June 23, 2018 5:00 pm - 1:00 am

A shuttle will run from the Hampton Inn to the ceremony with departures at 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM. the shuttle will pick guests up from The Hampton Inn/Sleep Inn and the Holiday Inn Express. To get you home, shuttles will run every 30 minutes starting at 10:00 PM, with the last shuttle leaving the farm at 1:00 AM.
