When should I arrive?

Answer

Make It a Long Weekend! If you’re able, we recommend arriving by Thursday evening, February 19th so you can get some rest and be ready to join us for two fun welcome events on Friday, February 20th. We can’t wait to kick off the celebration with you!

Are kids invited?

Answer

No:( We made the tough decision to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration. Our wedding party and family alone came with 60+ kids so we truly appreciate your understanding as we work within space and capacity constraints and we recognize the extra effort to attend events that don't include the kids

Will we meet Harper that weekend?

Answer

There will be an opportunity to meet Harper at the brunch on Sunday morning! She will not be attending other wedding events

Is transportation provided for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will provide pick-ups and drop-offs at the hotel locations listed in the Travel section. They’ll run throughout the entire reception, so guests who want to leave early can do so easily. Please note: The venue Saturday is approximately 45 minutes from Jacksonville Beach.

Are rideshares (uber & lyft) available in Jacksonville Beach?

Answer

Another great reason we recommend Jacksonville Beach as your home base - and where our hotel blocks are - is the ease of rideshare options like Uber and Lyft to get around town and to/from the airport. All of our Friday events will be within walking distance of the hotels in our block, making it super convenient to join the fun. On Saturday, shuttles will be provided to and from the venue in Amelia Island for the ceremony and reception.

What is the attire for the weekend?

Friday Beach Hang: Comfortable & beachy (Keep an eye on the weather! Sandals are recommended so your feet can touch the sand!) Welcome Party: Semi-Formal/Business Casual (examples: dresses, nice tops, collared shirts, comfy footwear etc) Wedding: Formal (examples: suits, dresses, slacks, dress shoes/boots etc) *Bridal Party will be in Sage Green

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late February in Jacksonville Beach typically brings mild, comfortable weather with sunny skies and daytime temperatures around 70°F. We recommend checking in on the weather the week of the wedding as you pack but our fingers are crossed for a beautiful, warm weekend!

Where is your registry?

Answer

We do not have a registry and feel very fortunate to have so much already to kickstart our forever (including so many generous gifts that came as we welcomed Harper to the world this past spring)! We could not be more grateful for the effort many of you will make to travel and attend the wedding and that is truly the best gift.
