We have a 40 room block for the nights of Saturday and Sunday. (First come, first served) Most of the rooms & cottages have a pullout couch and all rooms have the option for rollaway beds. (Ex. A two bedroom cottage can sleep 4 or up to 6-7+ if pullout couch + rollaways are used and a three bedroom can sleep 6 and up to 8-9+) **We recommend taking advantage of the pullout couch and rollaway option in the room so we can fit as many people as we can on the property. Guest Room: $249 Studio Suites and Cottages: $289 One Bedroom Suites and Cottages: $369 Two Bedroom Cottages: $659 Three Bedroom Cottages: $839 Rates include breakfast each morning but do not include a 9% resort fee or 9% state tax. Unfortunately Uber is NOT an option to get from Burlington to Vergennes.
