Yes! The entire evening will take place at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach. The Ceremony will be at the Amphitheater and the Cocktail Hour and Reception will be held at the Terrace Ballroom.
The ceremony will begin at 4PM. Please Arrive at least 30 Minuets (3:30PM) prior to the ceremony. The walkway to the ceremony site will be blocked off around 3:55. Please allow yourself enough time to sign the guest book and find a seat.
Come dressed in Cocktail attire. Our Wedding colors are light pink and sage green. Guests are encouraged to wear pastels and florals! Please do not wear white.
Hotel Self Parking is free for guests coming to the Wedding. Valet Parking is $25 for the day and $50 for overnight.
The ceremony will be outside with no cover. Cocktail Hour will be outside with umbrellas for cover. Reception will be indoors.
Our wedding will be adults only with the exception of a few family members. We kindly ask you only bring those formally invited on the invitation.
As of September 1, our room block is full for Friday night but we have a couple of spots open for Saturday night only
