We're getting married!

In 2021, I started my Ph.D. in the same lab that Jeremiah was in. I was overwhelmed and unsure of where to start, so I turned to Jeremiah for guidance and training. He came off as stoic, but he was more than happy to help me get on my feet. After working together for a few weeks, I started to realize this was someone who I wanted to have a deeper connection with. About 6 weeks after starting my Ph.D., we went out on our first field outing. It was incredibly fun and we ended up at the winery in my hometown at the end of the day. After a few glasses of wine, we got up to pay and I stumbled a bit. He immediately grabbed my waist to keep me from falling and the rest is history!
