Are there room discounts?

Answer

Yes! Within 24 hr of making your initial room deposit, please send an e-mail to guestservices@destify.com and include the DISCOUNT CODE : MOLLYANDJORDAN2024. This code expires Feb 8.

When Should I Book My Room And How Do I Book It?

Answer

The sooner the better - that way you can ensure that the room you want is available. Room choices can still be changed after you put down a deposit. Please book your room through the the link provided under the "Travel" tab of this website. This will ensure that our travel agency is aware of you and can help you along the process with any questions/concerns. Reservations can be held for a low, non-refundable deposit of $150 per person. Final payments are due 65 days prior to your departure date. Notably, a three night minimum stay is required at the resort. We have a room booked from May 15 to May 22. Although you only need to stay a minimum of 3 nights, youre' welcome to join us for as long as you'd like!

What if I find a cheaper price elsewhere?

Answer

Our travel agency will provide PRICE MATCHING. If you want to go this route, you will still need to pay the deposit for your room through our travel agency destify (get there through the Travel tab at the top of this page.) Then take a print screen or screen shot on your computer that includes the website where you found the cheaper room rate (i.e expedia, priceline, cheapcaribean,etc). The scrint print will need to include the website that's providing the cheaper rate, the final total cost of the cheaper rate that includes the room and dates of travel, as well as the date and time that the screen shot is taken (right lower corner on the computer screen). This print screen/ screen shot must be submitted within 24 hours of paying the deposit and should be sent to guestservices@destify.com. If you have questions, please just reach out to our travel agency and they will help you. Their contact information is provided on this page.

What if I book a room and then plans change and I can't come?

Answer

If you buy travel insurance through our travel agency, then you will get a full refund of everything but the price of the insurance. If you do not buy travel insurance and you're able to cancel before 65 days before time of travel, then you'll get refunded everything but the deposit of $150. If you do not buy travel insurance and you cancel within 65 days of travel then you unfortunately do not get a refund.

Where do we fly into and how do we get to the resort?

Answer

It is easiest to fly into Cancun International Airport. It is approximately a 1 hr drive to our resort. Destify, our travel agency, will help arrange transportation for you to and from the resort. You will find this under the "Travel" tab of this website.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes! We specifically chose a family friendly resort for this reason. However, if you do want some kid-free time, then all adults have access to the Heaven Adults Only resort which is a separate section within the Hard Rock Riviera Maya.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The temperature in May typically seems to be high 80s, sometimes creeping into the low 90s.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the welcome party we encourage party shirts / dress or beach casual wear. For the wedding day events we encourage beach semi-formal - i.e. slacks, breathable cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, etc. Once our venue is confirmed, we will update this website to let you know what type of ground to expect for help in deciding on the appropriate shoe situation. In general, however, several restaurants have causal to fine dining casual dress code. This entails formal shorts or bermuda shorts, dress shirts, polo shirts, or formal sandals. (No wet clothes, visible bathing suit or flip flops.)

What if I want to come to the ceremony but don't want to stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya?

Answer

Totally fine! If that is the case, then you will need to purchase a day pass that will give you access to the hotel and the events going on that day. Adult & Children (ages 13+) event passes cost $151 and children (ages 4-12) cost $75 per child.
