Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children due to capacity but we remain open to all questions. You may reach out to Eva to discuss this topic more.
We will have an open bar during our cocktail hour and reception. There will be no formal after party at the venue (event concludes at 10pm). However, you may continue the celebrations at your hotel or local bar should you please! We do not condone driving under the influence, please prepare your travel plans accordingly and safely.
“Garden Party Formal” is a dress code that combines elements of formal attire with a relaxed, outdoor vibe. Think if it as a blend of elegance and comfort. Opt for lightweight fabrics for suits, midi or maxi dresses. We welcome bright summer colors, florals, and patterns! Please choose shoes that accommodate this setting. We recommend loafers, boat shoes, low thick heels, sandals, or flats. We would not recommend stilettos.
We would say so. The grounds are mostly flat during ceremony and reception and both events are a small distance from one another. Terrain outside of main event area near ponds and farm may vary should you explore on your own. There is an option to sit inside (with air conditioning) during cocktail hour on first floor of farm house. As a reminder, this an outdoor wedding venue; reception will be hosted in barn and tent. Restrooms will be ADA-Compliant. Please reach out to Eva or Ryan for any specific questions or accommodations.
Please note accommodations are not included but we will provide you with a list of nearby hotels with various price options that you may choose from.
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list based on budget and capacity. Our celebration is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. Please understand this is nothing personal nor does this undermine your relationship with your loved ones. We had to make some tough choices after choosing to have a more intimate celebration.
Parking is free at the wedding venue. The lot is on your right after you pull into the sanctuary. The venue is located in a more remote area so ride share like Uber or Lyft may not be limited during late hours as a reminder.
As a reminder, our wedding ceremony & reception will be held on a farm but away from the animals. The sanctuary is downhill from where the farmhouse and reception will be held. In an outdoor setting, the most common allergies are triggered by pollen from trees, grass, and weeds. Please plan accordingly and reach out to Eva for any specific questions or concerns. We apologize if this presents any inconvenience to our guests and understand if this is a factor for not joining us.
