Our wedding will take place on Saturday, September 5th, 2026 at Prouts Neck Country Club in Scarborough, Maine. The ceremony and reception will be held on the same property so you can relax and enjoy the evening without having to travel between locations.
The dress code is black tie optional. We'd love for our guests to dress up and celebrate in style- think tuxedos, gowns, or formal cocktail attire. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the lawn, so we kindly encourage guests to consider their footwear (think wedges, block heels, or flats rather than stilettos). Following cocktail hour, the reception will continue outside under a tent, with dinner and festivities taking place al fresco. September evenings in Maine can get a little cool by the water, so we recommend bringing a wrap or jacket. When it’s time to dance, we’ll move inside the club—so bring your dancing shoes!
Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from the venue in Prout's Neck, Maine for the wedding day events. Buses depart from Portland Lobster Company at 3 PM sharp, so please plan to arrive on time, as they will not be able to wait. We kindly encourage guests to use the provided transportation provided, as taxi and rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are limited in Prout's Neck.
We have a hotel block in Portland at the Residence Inn with discounted rates for our guests. We also have additional discounted rates at other local hotels - see the travel tab for more information. There are also charming inns and vacation rentals closer to Prout's Neck if you prefer to stay closer to the venue.
We love your little ones, but our celebration will be adults-only, except for those children specifically listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a relaxed evening for all.
If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will appear on your envelope and RSVP form. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to the intimate size of our venue, we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitations.
Yes. Parking is available across the street from the venue, Prouts Neck Country Club. We recommend entering 500 Black Point road into your GPS to locate the parking lot. Parking is limited, so we recommend carpooling or taking the transportation is encouraged.
