How do I book my accommodations?

Answer

Once all RSVPs come in, we will assign everyone to a hotel and room in Egmont. We will e-mail you your hotel and rooming assignment then you'll call the venue to confirm. Expect an e-mail from us in April.

What times are the shuttles?

Answer

June 24th - 10:30am from downtown Hyatt Regency Hotel Vancouver June 26th - 11am from West Coast WIlderness Lodge / Backeddy. We will be back in Vancouver around 5-6pm.

What dates should I book my flights for?

Answer

To be on the safe side, we'll ask that everyone coming from out of town be in Vancouver by Thursday June 23 and leave no sooner than 9pm on Sunday June 26rd.

What is included in my booking?

Answer

Dinner at the Welcome Barbecue on Friday, Appetizers and Dinner at Wedding Party on Saturday and Brunch on Sunday. Not included: Saturday breakfast or lunch.
