Question

Please do not do/bring

Answer

Please, no firearms, pets, alcohol (besides what is provided by bartenders), smoking, leaving your children unattended, throwing things in the pond, or people in the pond.

Question

What if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Question

When should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

Please plan to be at the venue around 30-45 minutes before the start time of the ceremony, as it is on a small road and directions can be misleading. Seating will begin at 4:30 pm, and no more guests will be seated at 4:55 pm to promptly start the wedding at 5:00 pm.

Question

What's the best way to get to the Wedding?

Answer

The venue recommends taking Highway 575 to the venue over taking the roads. If you take the roads into the venue, you will cross a one-lane bridge. Please enter 200, NOT 400, if you do, you will be at the wrong wedding and you will be missed!

Question

Where is the Reception?

Answer

The reception is at the same venue as the ceremony as well as the outdoor cocktail hour. The ceremony will be in a covered outdoor chapel while the reception & dinner will be indoors at the reception hall on the same property.

Question

Can I leave my car overnight

Answer

You cannot leave your automobile overnight, or it will be towed at the owner's expense. Please plan accordingly!

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be Black Tie Optional, and we’d love for you to dress to impress! This means: Tuxedos or dark suits for men & floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses for women. Our wedding colors are black, white, and red, which you're welcome to incorporate into your look — kindly avoid wearing all white. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with some grassy areas and a slight hill. We recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats to keep you comfortable and grounded (literally!). We can't wait to see everyone looking their best as we celebrate together!

Question

Is there handicap parking?

Answer

Yes, there are spots along with a fully paved parking lot.

Question

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate additional guests beyond those named on the invitations due to space limitations. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day! If you have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out to Mollie

Question

When do I rsvp by?

Answer

Please rsvp by March 20th, as we will need a head count for all of the vendors. If you are unable to attend, you will surely be missed!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be no open bar or pay-for-bar. We will be serving a select choice of wine and beer, along with lemonade, teas, and water. Please do not BYOB as there will be an officer on site, and the venue will ask you to leave, and we will miss you greatly!

Question

Are photos and videos allowed?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask it to be an unplugged event as we have hired lovely photographers to get amazing photos, but during cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to capture as many as you want and share them with us by the QR codes around the venue.
