To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is the 11th July 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand!
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed with your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
There will be prosecco, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages provided during the welcome drinks, after the ceremony and during the wedding breakfast. During the evening, guests will need to purchase their own drinks from the well stocked bar on site. However, for 5 lucky people there will be free drink tokens hidden around the barn waiting to be found and redeemed. First come, first served! Eden Barn also accept cash, card and contactless payments.
Although not expected, if you would like to give us a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon would be amazing! A QR code will be detailed within your wedding invitation which will allow you to gift us any amount, thank you.
Eden Barn does offer on site parking, free of charge. However, the venue do ask for all vehicles to be collected by 10 AM the next morning. We have organised taxi's to start arriving outside Eden Barn from 12am, so feel free to jump in one to head to your hotel for the night.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire.
Of course, we welcome you to share our special day! However, we kindly request that guests do not post any photos of the Bride or Groom on social media until we have had the opportunity to do so first.
