Question

What's the deal with the Cabins?

Answer

While no one is required to stay at the camp, we absolutely encourage everyone to so that you'll get the most out of the weekend! Everyone is welcome to stay Friday night and Saturday night. Bailey and I were excited about finding a camp with cabins similar to ours at Cow Island. Remember that it is still a summer camp. While there is no A/C or heat, each cabin does have electricity, windows with screens, and multiple shower stalls and bathrooms attached inside the cabin. No one wants you running outside in the middle of the night. Please see below or the Accommodation's page for how to sign up for the cabins. The cabins sleep up to 10+ people but we will try not to bunk you with that many. Cabins will be assigned into small friend/family groups. We think we have a good idea of who knows/likes each other, but if you have a request, please make sure to include this in the Jotform page when completing your cabin reservation.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please navigate to the RSVP page within this website and search using your first or last name. Your +1 will be a part of your reservation so if you are having a hard time finding your name you may need to search using your +1. We have a separate website, link found in the RSVP page, to reserve your stay in the cabins. The cabins are first-come first-serve so please ensure to fill out this form to reserve your bunk at the camp. Please also note that the prices for each stay will also increase once the first 200 night stays have been met. Please ensure that we receive both reservations as these require separate planning and we would hate to leave anyone out. If you have any questions please text Mollie (603)-630-7691.

Question

Can I come early Friday/Saturday if I’m not joining as an over-night camper?

Answer

Of course! We would love for our guests to come enjoy the property early if you are able to. We understand that Friday is a working day so we don’t want to pressure anyone to come early. There will be plenty of time throughout the weekend to check out the property.

Question

Is bedding provided for campers? (Sheets, pillows, blankets)

Answer

Bedding will be provided at an extra cost to your reservation, $20 per person for the weekend. Please make sure that you indicate on the Jotform whether you will bring your own or need them provided.

Question

What do I need to bring if I am staying at the camp for the weekend?

Answer

We are so excited to have you as a camper! Consider this a guide and not absolute nor exhaustive: - We encourage anyone who is driving distance to bring pillows, sheets, and blankets/sleeping bags. The camp can provide these for a small fee if you are unable or traveling a distance. Please indicate this when booking your bunk. - Clothing (wedding outfits, daytime clothing, PJs, and layers in case of cold nights) - Bathing suits and towel - Toiletries and any other shower items (shower shoes may be preferred by some) - Sunscreen and bug spray (don't worry we will have extras if you forget) - If you have a favorite outdoor game, we are more than happy for you to bring them (cornhole, CanJam, Polish Horseshoes etc.,) Important extras: - BYOB! We are providing alcohol for all wedding-related events, but please feel free to bring your favorite beer or wine for those in-between hang-out times. -Reusable water bottle -Flashlight / headlamp - Sunglasses / Sun-hat - Beach accessories (towels, chairs, umbrella if you want shade) - Earplugs / eye mask

Question

BYO...?

Answer

Everyone staying at the camp is welcome to bring your own booze for the weekend! We will be providing drinks and alcohol during the wedding fesitivities, but if you are looking to drink at other times throughout the weekend (think: floating on the lake with a mimosa), you are welcome to BYOB!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not, anyone staying off camp will need to ensure they secure safe and sober rides home. This includes our guests boating to the ceremony. For anyone hoping to ride share (Uber, Lyft), this may not be possible in this part of New Hampshire. There are some group ride options, please check out Bah Hoppah Laconia, NH on Facebook. We want to enjoy this night and many more with everyone so please plan ahead.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We're keeping our celebration intimate, surrounded by our closest family and friends, and we’re so grateful to have you be a part of it! Because of this, we’ve kept our guest list limited to those we know and love personally. Thank you for understanding—we can't wait to celebrate together!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Each event listed in the Schedule tab will have detailed descriptions of the days’ dressing suggestions. If you have any questions just text us :-)

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are still figuring out our meals but we will do our best to have an inclusive menu for our guests to enjoy. Please text Mollie (603)-630-7691 to make sure that she is aware.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to keep our wedding an adult-focused celebration. Queue up the babysitters! We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy the festivities fully. Thank you for understanding — we’re excited to celebrate with you!
