Flight
There are 2 options for those who are flying into Colorado for our big day. Option A: Denver International Airport has the most flight options and is approximately a 2 hour drive to Vail. Option B: Eagle County Regional Airport is located about 35 miles from Vail Village. Although closer, flights may be less frequent and more expensive through this airport. Regardless of which hotel you fly into, you may book a shuttle for transportation to and from Vail Village. You may also choose to rent a car, however, Vail Village is very walkable and has tons of easy and comfortable public transportation options, including a free shuttle service at the hotel (The Grand Hyatt Vail). The Welcome Dinner will be located at the hotel itself, and we will have shuttle services available for transportation to and from the Ceremony/Reception. If you choose to rent a car, please note that the hotel has a $40/night valet fee.

This is where we suggest you stay in Vail Village, and where we will be hosting the Welcome Party! We have blocked out a number of rooms on Thursday and Friday night for our guests. Please follow the link below to book your rooms. Should you wish to stay at The Grand Hyatt outside of Thursday/Friday nights, please call the reservations line at the number below and give them our discount code. Travel Note
The Epic Mountain Express Shuttle has several options for getting to and from either airport (Denver International or Eagle Regional). You may book a shared shuttle, which will take you from the airport to the Vail Transportation Center (approximately 1.9 miles from the Grand Hyatt Vail), or choose to coordinate with others also attending our wedding and charter a 5 person or 10 person charter shuttle, which will provide door to door service.
