When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Welcome Party: Casual Coastal Chic Wedding Day: Formal Attire For your consideration, our cocktail hour and reception will be held outdoors on gravel and grass - please plan your footwear accordingly. We suggest shoes that work well on uneven ground such as block heels, wedges, or flats.

How do I get there?

Answer

Nice airport is a 20 minute drive from Antibes. Marseille airport is about a 2 hour drive. There is also a 5h30 train available from Paris to Antibes. Please remember to renew your passport if traveling from the US.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the "travel" tab above for all of our hotel recommendations. There are also many Airbnb rentals available in the area.

Do you recommend a rental car?

Answer

For wedding day, you are welcome to use but you do not need a rental car. Uber and taxi service can suffice to transport to the Cathedral ceremony and reception venue. On wedding day, from 23:30 to 03:30, two vans will be running shuttle trips from the reception back to Antibes and Biot to return guests to their accommodations. Ubers are also readily available. If you are extending your vacation in the Antibes area, you may wish to rent a car in order to access some of the better beaches, quaint towns and South of France attractions. Of the three hotels listed on our site, Royal Antibes is the most central with walkability to the sea and Old Town.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is VERY difficult in the vicinity of the cathedral, which is located in the old town. Uber or taxi are suggested. If you must drive, we recommend parking in a pay parking lot. Port Vauban, Q-Park Pré aux Pécheurs and Q-Park La Poste are about a 10-minute walk away. Please anticipate that these lots are small and fill up quickly in the summer. There is an abundance of parking available at the reception venue. From 23:30 to 03:30, two vans will also be running shuttle trips from Bastide du Roy to Antibes and Biot to return guests to their accommodations. Uber and Taxi service are available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the ceremony. For the reception, guests may not enter the venue until 5PM or later. Please plan your travel to Bastide du Roy accordingly.
