We are having a small, intimate ceremony earlier in the day.
5:30 PM! We’re kicking off the night with a festive welcome reception featuring cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and live music by the one-man band, Weston Schissel. While you are welcome to join the party at your leisure anytime during the first hour, we encourage everyone to arrive early to mingle and enjoy the evening together. We’ll be asking guests to begin finding their seats around 6:45 PM, with dinner served promptly at 7:00 PM.
There is free parking at the venue, and you can leave your car overnight until 9:00 AM the next day if needed.
Yes! We will have a shuttle running between the venue and the Radisson in downtown River Falls from 5:15 PM to 7:00 PM, then resume from 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM. If you are staying at a different hotel in River Falls, please let us know, and we can arrange for the shuttle to pick you up and drop you off there as well.
Yes...However, we do not know for sure if it will be running on the night of our wedding. It most likely will, and you can call ahead of time to ask! You can also reserve rides (such as to and from MSP Airport or other destinations) by calling their phone number. Yes! We have a room block at the Radisson Downtown River Falls. There are also two other hotels in River Falls: The Commerce - Trademark Collection by Wyndham & The Coratel Inn
Please RSVP by Friday, November 20th, 2026.
If we don't get an RSVP back by November 20th, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP's. We hope that you understand!
Shiny & Sharp - It’s New Year's Eve—dress to celebrate! We’d love to see our favorite people dressed to the nines with a bit of NYE flair. For the ladies, we suggest formal cocktail attire—think floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, dressy separates, etc.—are all wonderful choices; feel free to lean into the occasion! For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or sport coat. Ties are welcome but certainly not required—just bring your best New Year’s style. We just want everyone to feel their best!
