Danielle and Michael’s story began in 2016 when they met at work, quickly becoming close friends who shared an easy connection and endless laughter. As they spent time together, they discovered some surprising links between their lives. Danielle remembered that Michael’s brother, James, had actually been one of her middle school teachers! Later, they learned Michael had worked with her sister, Ivana, and cousin, Elizabeth, years before at MDC. And as if that wasn’t enough, they found out they had grown up just a few blocks away from each other. It felt like fate, as if they were always destined to meet—an “invisible string” tying them together all along. In April 2017, Danielle took a leap and admitted her feelings to Michael. He felt the same, and that Friday, he took her to Perricone's for their first official date. They both remember feeling that night as if they were stepping into the beginning of forever. Just a few months later, on June 25th, Michael asked Danielle to be his girlfriend, and from that moment, their story truly began. Through the years, Danielle and Michael have shared so many beautiful memories and supported each other through life’s big milestones, from nursing school to bachelor’s and master’s degrees. They’ve celebrated each other’s achievements, leaned on each other in challenging times, and found joy in life’s everyday moments. One dream they’d talked about since early in their relationship was traveling to Italy together, and in August 2024, that dream came true. Little did Danielle know, on August 10th, Michael had planned a surprise that would change both of their lives forever—he proposed, and she said yes! Now, they look forward to building a life together filled with love, faith, and family. Their love is deep, enduring, and filled with gratitude for the journey that led them here. Danielle and Michael are beyond excited to spend the rest of their lives together, growing in love and cherishing every moment they share.
