Our love story can best be described as love by design. We first met on a beautiful sunny day in Cape Town at the beginning of summer 2022, during a good friend’s birthday celebration. From the very first handshake, we clicked, two strangers who instantly became inseparable as though we had arrived together. There was a mystery neither of us could explain, yet it continually drew us back to one another eager to discover more. What was meant to be a one-time encounter soon turned into daily conversations, mutual updates and endless tagging along moments we now cherish as some of the most meaningful memories we’ve created together. Before we knew it, we had built an unbreakable bond and the most beautiful friendship we ever saw coming. The intentional way we have nurtured our relationship has ultimately deepened and solidified our love for one another. There is no single moment in our story that doesn’t hold deep meaning for us. Even the simplest days teach us something new, as we continue on this journey together, we do so guided by the love of Christ and striving each day to reflect and partake in that love fully.
