Jeffrey and I met at Macdinton's for drinks to get to know one another. The conversation was flowing, and the jokes were funny! During our time at Macdinton’s, we had at least three or four people randomly compliment us on being a cute couple. At first, it was awkward because we were not on a date, nor did we have any conversation on dating. As the night went on, we were intrigued by the conversation topics we kept stumbling upon due to the chemistry between us. By the time the third person asked if we were a couple, we started going along with it! By the end of the night, we decided to take a leap of faith and take a chance of getting to know one another on a deeper level. - Charin Campbell

On Charin’s 25th birthday, we decided to visit Toronto, Canada, since she has never seen snowfall. On the night of her birthday, we had dinner at the CN Tower. Charin loved the food, but what she was most appreciative of was the 360 view of the city, as we rotated around the CN Tower while having dinner. Before we left the restaurant, Charin had to use the ladies’ room. I decided to use this opportunity to pop the question once she returned. Upon her return, as we were gathering our belongings to leave, I pulled Charin over to me and got one knee and asked, “Will you marry me?”, she screamed “YES!” We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
