PDX Airport is about an hour away from Hood River so you will need to rent a car, carpool, or you can take the CAT shuttle which will take you from Portland to Hood River for only $10; it does take awhile so plan your trip accordingly but it’s a beautiful ride. If anyone from out of town needs help coordinating a ride please reach out!
