the ceremony will begin at 3pm. the shuttle from the hotel will start running at 2 pm

please be advised it is outdoor wedding, so wear a thick heel or something you are comfortable with gravel. Dressy-casual.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes. the shuttle will be running from the hotel an hour before the wedding and again after the wedding for one hour.
